The present invention relates to a non-sagging, sandable polyurethane composition. This composition is prepared by mixing A) a liquid polyisocyanate having an isocyanate content of from about 10 to 50% by weight; B) a liquid isocyanate-reactive mixture comprising: 1) one or more hydroxyl groups containing compounds having from 2 to 8 hydroxyl groups and molecular weights of from about 500 to 6000, 2) an organic compound selected from the group consisting of i) diamines, ii) polyamines, iii) amine terminated polyethers, and iv) mixtures thereof, and 3) of one or more low molecular weight diols or triols having hydroxy equivalent weights of about 200 or less; and C) an inorganic filler mixture consisting of: 1) of glass flakes, and 2) of another inorganic filler, said filler being selected from the group consisting of silicate containing minerals, metal oxides, and metal salts. Components A) and B) are present in quantities such that the isocyanate index is from 90 to 120. Component C) is dispersed phase-stable in either or both component A) and/or component B) prior to mixing components A) and B).
