ABSTRACT A non-spillable liquid dispenser for use with a conventional disposable cotton applicator, or swab. The dispenser includes an open-ended relatively small diameter tube accessibly open at its upper end for the insertion of the swab and at its lower end for projection of the swab there- through into any liquid confined within said dispenser to enable the dispensing of said liquid without the likelihood of spillage even if the dispenser were knocked over in handling, or in use, and/or were left lying in a horizontal position rather than in its normal upright position. There would be little or no tendency of the liquid to spill out through the tube if the dispenser were otherwise tight since atmospheric pressure would offer resistance to any flow of the liquid outwardly along the small diameter tube. A liquid impermeable cap is used to prevent evaporation or loss of the liquid contents of the dispenser where the liquid is relatively volatile and/or wets the surface of the tube to such an extent as to be drawn therealong by capillary action.
