The present invention relates to a gum base formulation suitable for the production of a chewing gum with good sensory properties and good flavour release in combination with anti-adhesive properties in respect of teeth, dentures and the like typical of formulations containing polyvinyl acetate. This gum base formulation does not stick to teeth and it is characterized by having the following composition by weight: (a) elastomers, 8-16% (b) emulsifiers and/or technological auxiliaries 18-30% (c) adjuvants 15-40% (d) vegetable resins and/or vegetable resin esters 26-45% (e) antioxidants 0-2% and by not containing polyvinyl acetate.

L'invention concerne une formulation de base de gomme conçue pour la production d'un chewing-gum possédant de bonnes propriétés organoleptiques et une bonne libération d'arôme, conjointement avec des propriétés anti-adhésives par rapport aux dents, prothèses et analogues, caractéristique type des formulations renfermant du polyactétate de vinyle. Cette formulation de base de gomme ne colle pas aux dents et est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend la composition en poids suivante: (a) élastomères, entre 8 et 16 %; (b) émulsifiants et/ou auxiliaires technologiques, entre 18 et 30 %; (c) adjuvants, entre 15 et 40 %; (d) résines végétales et/ou esters de résines végétales, entre 26 et 45 %; et (e) antioxydants, entre 0 et 2 %; et en ce qu'elle ne renferme pas de polyacétate de vinyle.
