Disclosed is a nozzle tip, having a tip insert attached to a nozzle tip outlet end of a nozzle tip body, the tip insert being made of a material, or having a thermal barrier coating, having a thermal conductivity value of K < 10 W/m°K, and having a lower thermal conductivity than that of the nozzle tip body, to preclude the conduction of excessive heat to the nozzle tip outlet end, and promoting a more decisive fracture of the solidified resin at a gate orifice upon ejection of a molded product, thereby eliminating a string of molten resin and a vestige of excessive height, both of which are undesirable, on the molded product.

L'invention porte sur une pointe de buse, comportant un insert de pointe fixé à une extrémité de sortie de pointe de buse d'un corps de pointe de buse, l'insert de pointe étant réalisé en un matériau, ou comportant un revêtement de barrière thermique, ayant une valeur de conductivité thermique K < 10 W/m°K, et ayant une conductivité thermique inférieure à celle du corps de pointe de buse, afin d'éviter la conduction d'un excès de chaleur vers l'extrémité de sortie de pointe de buse, et de favoriser une fracture plus décisive de la résine solidifiée à un orifice de coulée lors de l'éjection d'un produit moulé, permettant ainsi d'éliminer un fil de résine fondue et un reste de poids excessif, les deux étant indésirables, sur le produit moulé.
