NON-TOXIC MOULDABLE PLAY MATERIAL ABSTRACT A novelty item for children which may, for example, comprise a non-toxic composition comprising about 100 pounds of cornstarch, about 7 pounds of polypropylene glycol or glycerine, about 162 grams of calcium propionate and an F.D. & C. food colour or food colour mixture selected from the group consisting of: (a) about 6.50 grams of Yellow No. 5; (b) about 2.00 grams of Blue No. 1 and about 2.00 grams of Red No. 3: (c) about 2.00 grams of Red No. 3; (d) about 0.75 grams of Blue No. l; and (e) about 8.25 grams of Yellow No. 5 and about 0.25 grams of Blue No. 1. Such compositions can be mixed with water to form a slurry with the unusual property of being hard and mouldable when squeezed by hand but taking the form of a runny liquid when the grip is relaxed. : : :
