The invention process provides for an improved method of greatly increasing the nitrogen flow rate, with high 99-99.5% purity. In particular, the design to recapture air exhaust streams from a 903 model compressor/booster. The concentration of air is typically 78.08% nitrogen, 20.95% oxygen, and .93% argon, and .030% Carbon Dioxide The Vortex (903) compressor/ booster which can be either a four or five stage compressor, works in combination with a screw air supply compressor. The screw compressor supplies the main airflow to the membrane system, the additional airflow and boost pressure is supplied by the vortex (903) booster via a"T" into the filter / dryer system to take out all air solids and water. This is done by balancing the booster air by pulling the air from the third stage of compression and sending this air to the membrane via the filter system. This air ranges from 160 to 200 psi with a flow rate of approximately 650 cfm. This extra air supply is what boosts the nitrogen purity to 99 (+) %. From this point the nitrogen leaves the membrane unit and enters the booster's fourth stage at 160 to 200 psi, and gets compressed by the fourth and fifth stages. This process boosts the pressure to approx 725 psi at approx 725 cfm flow rate of nitrogen.
