ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides for use in a pump hav- ing a pump housing, a first cylinder in the housing, a first piston movable in the first cylinder, first valve means for controlling fluid flow, and drive means for driving the first piston, an integral disposable pump chamber comprising: an inlet, an outlet, a sealed main fluid flow passage between the inlet and outlet, the main fluid flow passage including a seal- ed first rolling diaphragm pumping chamber which is positioned in the first cylinder when the disposable pump chamber is positioned in the pump housing; wherein fluid is pumped from the inlet to the outlet without contacting the pump housing, the first cylinder, the first piston, the first valve means or the drive means.
