A micro staple fiber nonwoven fabric, characterized in that it comprises staple fibers having a single fiber fineness of 0.0001 to 0.5 dtex and a fiber length of 10 cm or less, has a weight of 100 to 550 g/m2, and has an apparent density of fiber of 0.280 to 0.700 g/cm3, a tensile strength of 70 N/cm or more and a tear strength of 3 to 50 N. The micro staple fiber nonwoven fabric is suitable for use in a leather-like sheet and, and can be used for providing a leather-like sheet excellent in the sense of fullfilment.
La présente invention concerne un tissu non tissés de microfibres de coton caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des fibres de coton possédant une seule finesse de fibre comprise entre 0,0001 et 0,5 dtex et une longueur de fibres de 10 centimètres au maximum, un poids compris entre 100 et 550 grammes par m?2¿ et une densité de fibres apparente sont comprise entre 0,280 et 0,7000 grammes par m?2¿, une résistance à la traction de 70 N/cm au moins et une résistance à l'arrachement comprise entre 3 et 50 N. Ce tissu de microfibres de coton non tissé convient pour une feuille de similicuir et, peut-être utiliser pour obtenir une feuille de similicuir excellente en terme de norme de production.
