A nonwoven fabric laminate embodying the principles of the present invention is configured as a multi-layer construct of a plurality of melt-extrusion layers, including at least one, and preferably a pair of outer spunbond layers, and a central, melt-blown barrier layer juxtaposed to the outer spunbond layers. At least one of the layers, preferably the melt-blown layer, comprises a barrier-enhancing melt additive compound having a fluoroalcohol with a non-derivatized additive such as a fatty acid, more preferably a derivatized perfluoroalcohol with a non-derivatized additive, with a stearic ester of perfluoroalcohol in a hydrogenated tallow amide additive being presently preferred.
La présente invention se rapporte à un lamellé non tissé conçu comme une structure multicouche composée d'une pluralité de couches d'extrusion à l'état fondu, comprenant au moins une et de préférence deux couches filées-liées externes, et une couche barrière centrale de fusion-soufflage juxtaposée aux deux couches externes filées-liées. Une de ces couches au moins, de préférence la couche de fusion soufflage, contient un composé d'addition à la matière fondue renforçant la propriété barrière ayant un fluoroalcool associé à un additif non dérivatisé tel qu'un acide gras, idéalement un perfluoroalcool dérivatisé associé à un additif non dérivatisé, le composé préféré étant un ester stéarique de perfluoroalcool dans un additif d'amide de suif hydrogéné.
