The invention concerns a nonwoven material with elastic properties in one direction. Said material comprises either a multilayer composite, whereof one layer at least has elastic polymer fibers or filaments, or a homogeneous mixture of fibers and filament, whereof part of the fibers is made of elastic polymer, a greater proportion of the fibers or filaments being oriented by heat input in a direction transverse to the direction of elasticity of the nonwoven material. The invention also concerns a method for producing said nonwoven material and a device for implementing said method.
L'invention concerne une matière non tissée à propriétés élastiques dans une direction. Cette matière comprend soit un composite multicouche, dont une couche au moins a des fibres ou des filaments en polymère élastique, soit un mélange homogène de fibres et de filaments, dont une partie des fibres est en polymère élastique, une proportion plus importante de fibres ou de filaments étant orientée par apport de chaleur dans une direction transversale au sens de l'élasticité de la matière non tissée. La présente invention porte également sur un procédé pour produire cette matière non tissée et sur un dispositif pour réaliser ce procédé.
