A nose cleaning device is disclosed. The device comprises a container having a threaded top end connected to a cap body mounted with a moveable plate having a hole at the front end thereof. The hole is in communication with the container. When one side of the moveable plate is depressed, the other side of the moveable plate bends upward to allow air to enter via the hole to the container. A connector is provided at the rear end of the container and the connector is connected with a protruded seat which is threaded at the lower end for a rotating cap. A protruded section is extended from the front end of the protruded seat and the protruded section is corresponding to the through hole of the rotating cap. The bottom end of the protruded section is a hole for water to flow out. A securing rim is mounted to the bottom end of the hole to prevent the rotating cap from dropping. The cleaning solution is ejected out via the hole of the protruded seat and the through hole of the rotating cap.
