This invention relates to novel compounds of the formula [I], Image [ I ] wherein R1 and R2 are the same or different and each represents a lower alkoxy group; "A" and "B" are the same or different and each represents a lower alkylene group. The compounds of this invention have affinities for sigma receptors and are useful for therapeutic agents for cerebral neural function disorder such as dementia, depression, schizophrenia and anxiety neurosis, diseases accompanying abnormal immune response and cryptorrhea, digestive ulcer, etc.

L'invention concerne un nouveau dérivé représenté par la formule générale [I] dans laquelle R<1> et R<2> peuvent être identiques ou différents et représentent chacun alcoxy inférieur; et A et B peuvent être identiques ou différents et représentent chacun alkylène inférieur. Ledit composé présente une affinité avec le sigma récepteur et est utile en tant que remède contre les maladies accompagnant les dysfonctionnements des nerfs crâniens tels que la démence, la dépression, la schizophrénie et la cryptorrhée et l'ulcère digestif.
