A 2,3-diketopiperazine derivative represented by general formula (1) or a salt thereof, having the effect of inhibiting platelet agglutination in virtue of the glycoprotein IIb/IIIa receptor antagonism, and being useful as a preventive and remedy for diseases wherein platelet agglutination participates, wherein R1 represents optionally protected amidino; R2 represents hydrogen or a carboxyl-protective group; A represents optionally substituted lower alkylene; B represents -O-, -CONH-, -NHCO- or -SO2NH-; Y represents optionally substituted lower alkylene; and the broken line represents a single or double bond.

Dérivé de 2,3-dicétopipérazine représenté par la formule générale (1) ou un sel de celui-ci, inhibant l'agrégation plaquettaire de par l'antagonisme aux récepteurs IIb/IIIa de glycoprotéine, et utile en tant qu'agent préventif et remède pour les maladies dans lesquelles l'agrégation plaquettaire intervient.
