Novel 3,5-dioxo-(2H,4H-triazine derivatives of general formula (I): wherein R1 is hydrogen, a C1-C4 alkyl radical, phenyl C1-C4 alkyl or phenyl, the phenyl ring being optionally substituted by one or more groupings such as (C1-C3) alkyl, hydroxyl, trifluoromethyl or halogen; R2 is hydrogen or a (C1-C4) alkyl radical, n can be an integer from 2 to 6; A is a grouping of the aryl piperazino or benzodioxanyl-methylamino or pyridodioxanyl-methylamino type. The invention also concerns a method of preparing said derivatives and pharmaceutical compositions comprising at least one of the compounds of general formula (I) as the active ingredient.

L'invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés de la 3,5-dioxo-(2H,4H)-triazine de formule générale (I), dans laquelle: R1 représente l'hydrogène, un radical alcoyle en C1-C4, phényl alcoyle en C1-C4 ou phényle, le noyau phényle étant éventuellement substitué par un ou plusieurs groupements tels que alcoyle en C1-C3, hydroxyle, trifluorométhyle ou halogène; R2 représente l'hydrogène ou un radical alcoyle en C1-C4; n peut prendre les valeurs entières de 2 à 6; A représente un groupement de type aryl pipérazino ou benzodioxanyl-méthylamino ou pyridodioxanyl-méthylamino. Elle concerne également leur procédé de préparation et les compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant à titre de principe actif au moins un des composés de formule générale (I).
