A subject of the invention is the compounds of formula (I): Image in which - either R1 represents H, OH, NH2,-(CH2)m - NR a R b (m = 0.1 or 2), R a and R b represent H, linear, branched or cyclic (C1-C6) alkyl, (C3-C6) cycloalkyl-(C3-C6)-alkyl, R c, S(O)2R c, C(O)R c, S(O)2R d or C(O)R d; or R a and R b with N form an R c radical; R c represents a saturated, unsaturated or 5- or 6-members aromatic ring, containing 1 to 4 heteroatoms chosen from N, O and S, optionally substituted; R d represents a linear, branched or cyclic (C1-C6) alkyl, optionally substituted by 1 to 4 halogens; or R1 represents R, or CHR e R c or CHR e R d, R e represents H, OH, NH2, NH-(C1-C6)-alk or N-(C1-C6)-alk2, or NH-(C1-C7)- acyl or NHR c; R2 represents H, (CH2)m NR a R b, R, CHR e R c or CHR e R d, and R'2 represents H; it being understood that R1 and R2 cannot at the same time be H or that R1 and R2 or R2 and R1 cannot be one (CH2)m NR a R b or & or H and the other one OH, or one H and the other one NH2, or one H and the other one (CH2)m NR a R b in which R a and R b represent H or alkyl or C(O)R d, in which R d represents an unsubstituted alkyl or cycloalkyl; - or R1 has the above definition except H and R2 and R'2 together represent gem dialkyl or alkyl-oxime, or R2 and R'2 represent respectively R c or R d and OH, NH2, NHR c or NHR f, R f being a(C1-C7) acyl radical; - or R1 represents H and R2 and R'2 together represent alkyl-oxime or one represents R c and the other one represents OH, NH2, NHR, or NHR f; n is 0 or 1; R3 and R'3 represent H or (C1-C6) alkyl optionally substituted by 1 to 3 halogens or R3 represents (C1-C6) alkoxy carbonyl and R'3 represents H; R4 represents methyl optionally substituted by halogen; R5 represents H, (C1-C6) alkyl or (C7-C12) arylalkyl; R6 represents H, fluorine, NO2, CF3 or CN; in the form of enantiomers or niixtures, as well as their salts with acids and bases; their preparation and their application as anti-bacterials, in both human and veterinary medicine.
L'invention a pour objet les composés de formule (I) : dans laquelle - soit R1 représente H, OH, NH2, -(CH2)m - NRaRb (m = 0,1 ou 2), Ra et Rb représentent H, alkyle (1-6c) linéaire, ramifié ou cyclique, cycloalkyle (3-6c)- alkyle (1-6c), Rc, S(O)2Rc, C(O)Rc, S(O)2Rd ou C(O)Rd; ou Ra et Rb forment avec N un radical Rc; Rc représente un cycle saturé, insaturé ou aromatique à 5 ou 6 sommets, renfermant de 1 à 4 hétéroatomes choisis parmi N, O et S, éventuellement substitué; Rd représente alkyle linéaire, ramifié ou cyclique (1-6c), éventuellement substitué par 1 à 4 halogènes; ou R1 représente Rc ou CHReRc ou CHReRd; Re représente H, OH, NH2, NHaIk (1-6c) ou NaIk2 (1-6c), ou NH-acyle(1-7c) ou NHRc; R2 représente H, (CH2)m-NRaRb, Rc, CHReRc ou CHReRd, et R'2 représente H; étant entendu que R1 et R2 ne peuvent être simultanément H ou que R1 et R2 ou R2 et R1 ne peuvent être l'un (CH2)m-NRaRb ou Rc ou H et l'autre OH, ou l'un H et l'autre NH2, ou l'un H et l'autre (CH2)m-NRaRb, Ra et Rb représentent H ou alkyle ou C(O) Rd, Rd étant alkyle ou cycloalkyle non substitué; - soit R1 est tel que défini plus haut à l'exception d'Hydrogène et R2 et R'2 représentent gem dialkyle (1-6c) ou alkyle (1-6c)-oxime, ou R2 et R'2 représentent Rc ou Rd et OH, NH2, NHRc ou NHRf, Rf étant un acyle (1-7c); - soit R1 représente Hydrogène et R2 et R'2 représentent ensemble alkyle (1-6c)-oxime ou représentent l'un Rc et l'autre OH, NH2, NHRc ou NHRf; n est 0 ou 1; R3 et R'3 représentent H ou alkyle (1-6c) éventuellement substitué par 1 à 3 halogènes ou R3 représente alkoxy (1-6c) carbonyle et R'3 représente H; R4 représente méthyle éventuellement substitué par halogène; R5 représente H, alkyle (1-6c) ou arylalkyle (7- 12c); R6 représente H, Fluor, NO2, CF3 ou CN; sous forme d'énantiomères ou de mélanges, ainsi que leurs sels avec les acides et les bases; leur préparation et leur application comme anti-bactériens, tant en médecine humaine que vétérinaire.
