L'invention concerne de nouveaux agents de type copolymères acryliques à fonction uréthannes pour améliorer la maniabilité des liants hydrauliques, leur procédé de préparation, les liants les contenant et leurs applications. Ces agents ont la propriété intéressante de ne pas retarder le temps de prise.
