Compounds of formula (I) wherein R1 is C1-6alkylamino, or C1-6alkoxy; R1 is a group having the structure (II): n is an integer having a value of 1 to 6; Het is a 6-membered saturated heterocycle containing one nitrogen atom wherein Het is attached to the -(CH2)n-moiety at any carbon atom of the heterocycle; R3 is hydrogen, C1-8alkyl, or C3-7cycloalkylC0-6alkyl; and salts thereof are inducers of human interferon. Compounds which induce human interferon may be useful in the treatment of various disorders, for example the treatment of allergic diseases and other inflammatory conditions for example allergic rhinitis and asthma, the treatment of infectious diseases and cancer, and may also be useful as vaccine adjuvants.
La présente invention concerne des composés de formule (I) dans laquelle R1 est un groupe alkylamino en C1-6, ou alcoxy en C1-6 ; R2 est un groupe ayant la structure (III) : n est un nombre entier ayant une valeur de 1 à 6; Het est un groupe hétérocyclique saturé à 6 chaînons contenant un atome dazote, Het étant attaché à la fraction -(CH2)n- au niveau de tout atome de carbone du groupe hétérocyclique; R3 est un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle en C1-8, ou un groupe (cycloalkyl en C3-7)(alkyle en C0-6); et leurs sels, qui sont des inducteurs de linterféron humain. Les composés qui induisent linterféron humain peuvent être utiles dans le traitement de différents troubles, par exemple dans le traitement de maladies allergiques et autres conditions inflammatoires par exemple la rhinite allergique et lasthme, le traitement de maladies infectieuses et du cancer, et peuvent également être utiles en tant quadjuvants pour des vaccins.
