The invention concerns intraspecific hybrids of Agaricus bisporus capable of bearing fruit at relatively high temperature and without roughing-in, and the method for obtaining them consisting in a step of cross-breeding in particular between a first and a second Agaricus bisporus, one of which at least belongs to theburnettii variety, and a step of selecting the resulting hybrids having the characteristics mentioned above. The cultivation of the resulting hybrids is easier and less expensive than the standard method of cultivating mushrooms.

Hybrides intraspécifiques d'Agaricus bisporus capables de fructifier à température relativement élevée et sans gobetage, et leur obtention par un procédé comprenant une étape de croisement notamment entre un premier et un second Agaricus bisporus, dont l'un au moins appartient à la variété burnettii, et une étape de sélection des hybrides obtenus présentant les caractères mentionnés ci-dessus. La culture des hybrides obtenus est plus facile et moins coûteuse que la culture classique des champignons de couche.
