The present invention relates to a novel allylthiopyridazine derivative represented by formula (I) which exhibits a superior effect for prevention and treatment of hepatic diseases induced by toxic substances and for protection of human tissues from radiation, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in which R1 represents halogen atom lower alkoxy, dialkylaminoalkoxy, hydroxyalkoxy, phenoxy substituted or unsubstituted with lower alkyl, benzyloxy, or phenyl, and R2 and R3 independently of one another represent hydrogen or lower alkyl, or R2 and R3 together with carbon atom to which they are attached form a saturated or unsaturated 6-membered ring, provided that R2 and R3 are other than hydrogen when R1 is chloro; and to a process for preparing thereof and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same as an effective component.

La présente invention concerne un nouveau dérivé d'allylthiopyridazine représenté par la formule (I), qui présente une efficacité supérieure en ce qui concerne la prévention et le traitement de maladies hépatiques induites par des substances toxiques et la protection de tissus humains contre les rayonnements. L'invention concerne également un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ce dérivé. Dans ladite formule (I), R1 représente un atome d'halogène, alcoxy inférieur, dialkylaminoalcoxy, hydroxyalcoxy, phenoxy substitué ou non substitué par alkyle inférieur, benzyloxy, ou phényle, et R2 et R3 représentent, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, hydrogène ou alkyle inférieur, ou bien R2 et R3 forment avec l'atome de carbone auquel ils sont fixés un cycle à 6 éléments, saturé ou insaturé, à condition que R2 et R3 ne représentent pas hydrogène lorsque R1 représente chloro. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de préparation de ce dérivé et une composition pharmaceutique contenant celui-ci comme principe actif.
