A rice anthranilic acid synthase produced by introducing a variation in the base sequence of rice anthranilic acid synthase gene OASA2 so as to effect substitution for specified multiple amino acids. This synthase not only acquires a resistance to feedback inhibition by tryptophan but also retains an enzymatic activity identical with or higher than that of wild type rice anthranilic acid synthase.
La présente invention concerne la synthase de l~acide anthranilique du riz produite par l~introduction d~une variation dans la séquence de base du gène OASA2 de la synthase de l~acide anthranilique du riz de façon à effectuer une substitution pour de multiples acides aminés spécifiés. Cette synthase acquiert non seulement une résistance à une rétroinhibition par le tryptophane, mais retient également une activité enzymatique identique ou supérieure à celle de la synthase de l'acide anthranilique du riz de type sauvage.
