Disclosed is an aminopyridine compound represented by the formula (I) below or a salt thereof. Also disclosed is an Syk inhibitor containing such a compound or salt as an active constituent. In the formula (I) below, X1, X2, X3, Z, Y1 and Y2 respectively represent a carbon atom or a nitrogen atom; R, R1, R5 and R6 respectively represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or the like; and R7 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a nitro group, a cyano group, - CpH2(p1)(Ra1)(Ra2)-O-Ra3, -C(=O)-Rd1, a five-membered or six-membered saturated heterocyclic group, an aromatic heterocyclic group, -N(Rh1)(Rh2) or the like. The aminopyridine compound has not only high Syk inhibitory activity but also characteristics of selectively inhibiting Syk. (I)
Il est exposé un composé aminopyridine représenté par la formule (I) ci-dessous ou un sel de celui-ci. Il est également exposé un inhibiteur de la Syk contenant un tel composé ou sel comme ingrédient actif. Dans la formule (I) ci-dessous, X1, X2, X3, Z, Y1 et Y2 représentent chacun un atome de carbone ou un atome d'azote ; R, R1, R5 et R6 représentent chacun un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle ou similaire ; et R7 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un atome d'halogène, un groupe nitro, un groupe cyano, -CpH2(p1)(Ra1)(Ra2)-O-Ra3, -C(=O)-Rd1, un groupe hétérocyclique saturé à cinq chaînons ou à six chaînons, un groupe hétérocyclique aromatique, -N(Rh1)(Rh2) ou similaire. Le composé aminopyridine a non seulement une activité d'inhibition de la Syk mais également des caractéristiques d'inhibition sélective de la Syk. (I)
