The present invention relates to peptides, nucleic acids, and cells for use in immunotherapeutic methods. In partic-ular, the present invention relates to the immunotherapy of cancer. The present invention furthermore relates to survivin-derived tumor-associated cytotoxic T cell (CTL) peptide epitopes, alone or in combination with other tumor-associated peptides that serve as active pharmaceutical ingredients of vaccine compositions that stimulate anti-tumor immune responses. The present invention specifically relates to three novel peptide sequences and variants thereof derived from HLA class I and class II molecules of hu-man tumor cells that can be used in vaccine compositions for eliciting anti-tumor immune responses.
La présente invention concerne des peptides, des acides nucléiques et des cellules destinées à une utilisation dans des procédés immunothérapeutiques. En particulier, la présente invention concerne l'immunothérapie du cancer. La présente invention concerne en outre des épitopes de peptides de lymphocytes T cytotoxiques (CTL) associés à la tumeur dérivant de la survivine, seuls ou en association avec d'autres peptides associés à la tumeur qui agissent comme ingrédients pharmaceutiques actifs de compositions pour vaccins qui stimulent les réponses immunitaires anti-tumorales. La présente invention concerne spécifiquement trois nouvelles séquences de peptides et de variants peptidiques de celles-ci dérivant de molécules HLA de classe I et de classe II de cellules tumorales humaines, qui peuvent être utilisés dans des compositions pour vaccins pour provoquer des réponses immunitaires anti-tumorales.
