An aqueous composition comprising, as an effective component, an iron salt containing a two-valent iron and a three-valent iron in one compound, which is represented by the general formula (A):Fe(II)mFe(III)nY-z(2m+3n)/z wherein m and n represent a positive integer, Y represents a counter anion capable of rendering the whole iron salt to be water-soluble, and z is the ionic valence of Y. The aqueous composition is effectively used for prevention of the corrosion of a metal, prevention of the damage caused by salt, and the like.

L'invention concerne une composition aqueuse comprenant, en tant que composant efficace, un sel de fer contenant un fer bivalent et un fer trivalent en un composé.
