A compound represented by the general formula (I) [wherein R1 represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; R2 represents lower alkyl, halo(lower alkyl), cycloalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, aryl, aralkyl, arylalkenyl, aryloxy(lower alkyl), heteroaryl, heteroaryl(lower alkyl), etc.; and R3, R4, R5, and R6 each represents hydrogen, halogeno, cyano, lower alkyl, halo(lower alkyl), lower alkoxy, hydroxy, aryl, etc.; provided that at least one of R3, R4, R5, and R6 is not hydrogen] or a prodrug or pharmacologically acceptable salt of the compound. The compound (I) has excellent antagonistic activity against an adenosine A2A receptor and is hence useful as a therapeutic or preventive agent for diseases related to an adenosine A2A receptor, especially motor dysfunctions, depression, anxiety disorders, cognition dysfunctions, cerebral ischemic disorders, restless legs syndromes, etc.

Le composé (I) présente une excellente activité antagoniste vis-à-vis d'un récepteur A¿2A? de l'adénosine et il est par conséquent utile comme agent thérapeutique ou de prévention pour des affections liées au récepteur A¿2A? de l'adénosine, en particulier pour des dysfonctionnements moteurs, la dépression, des troubles de l'anxiété, des dysfonctions de la cognition, des troubles ischémiques cérébraux, le syndrome des jambes sans repos, etc.
