There are disclosed 3-thiocarbamoyl-2-phenyl-1,3-propandiol carbamate racemate, represented by structural formula (I), and its (R)- and (S)- optical isomers and intermediates thereof, which are very effective for prophylaxis and treatment of central nervous system disorders including epilepsy and apoplexy. 3-thiocarbamoyl-2-phenyl-1,3-propandiol carbamate racemate and its (S)- and (R)- optical isomers are prepared from 2-phenyl-1,3-propandiol monothiocarbamate, (S)-2-phenyl-1,3-propandiol monothiocarbamate, and (S)-2- phenyl-1,3-propandiol monocarbamate, respectively.
L'invention concerne un composé racémique de carbamate de 3-thiocarbamoyl-2-phényl-1,3-propandiol, représenté par la formule structurale (I), ainsi que ses énantiomorphes (R)- et (S)- et leurs intermédiaires, qui sont très efficaces dans le traitement prophylactique et clinique des troubles du système nerveux central, y compris l'épilepsie et l'apoplexie. Le composé racémique de carbamate de 3-thiocarbamoyl-2-phényl-1,3-propandiol et ses énantiomorphes (S)- et (R)- sont préparés respectivement à partir de monothiocarbamate de 2-phényl-1,3-propanodiol, de monothiocarbamate de (S)-2-phényl-1,3-propandiol et de monocarbamate de (S)-2-phényl-1,3-propandiol.
