A compound represented by general formula (I), a process for producing the same, and the use thereof as an antibacterial wherein R1 either represents hydrogen or lower alkyl, or forms a heterocyclic ring together with R3; R2 represents hydrogen, ester residue, alkali metal or anionic charge; and R3 and R4 represent each independently hydrogen or a hydrocarbon group which may bear a heteroatom selected from among oxygen, sulfur and nitrogen, or R3 and R4 are combined together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded to form a heterocyclic group.

L'invention concerne un composé représenté par la formule générale (I), un procédé de production de ce composé et son utilisation en tant qu'agent anti-bactérien. Dans cette formule, soit R?1¿ représente hydrogène ou alkyle inférieur, soit R?1¿ forme un anneau hétérocyclique avec R?3¿; R?2¿ représente hydrogène, un reste ester, un métal alcalin ou une charge anionique; et R?3¿ et R?4¿ représentent, indépendamment, hydrogène ou un groupe hydrocarbone qui peut porter un hétéroatome choisi parmi oxygène, soufre et azote, ou R?3¿ et R?4¿ sont combinés ensemble avec l'atome d'azote auquel ils sont liés afin de former le groupe hétérocyclique.
