The invention relates to a novel combination of a glucocorticoid, especially loteprednol, and at least one phosphodiesterase-4 inhibitor (PDE-4-inhibitor), especially hydroxyindole-derivative N-(3,5-dichloropyridine-4-yl)-2-~1-(4- fluorbenzyl)-5-hydroxyindole-3-yl~-2-oxoacetamide, for a simultaneous, sequential or separate administration in the treatment of respiratory diseases, allergic diseases, asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD).
