Pharmaceutical compositions relevant to the field of therapeutic chemistry and specifically to the field of phosphoglycerides are disclosed. Said pharmaceutical compositions contain phosphoglycero ethers or plasmalogens partially or predominantly combined with phospholipids derived from polyunsaturated fatty acids having 10-24 carbon atoms, and mixed or diluted with inert non-toxic carriers suitable for digestive or parenteral delivery. Said compositions may be used for treating neurodegenerative diseases.
La présente invention se rapporte au domaine de la chimie thérapeutique et plus particulièrement au domaine des phosphoglycérides. Elle a plus particulièrement pour objet des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant des phosphoglycéro-éthers ou plasmalogènes de formule (voir formule ci-haut) associés d'une manière partielle ou prépondérante, à des phospholipides dérivés d'acide gras polyinsaturés ayant de 10 à 24 atomes de carbone, en mélange ou en dilution avec des excipients inertes, non toxiques, convenant pour l'administration digestive ou parentérale. Utilisation des compositions selon l'invention dans le traitement des maladies neuro-dégénératives.
