A compound effective as a probe targeting amyloid for image diagnosis and a reagent comprising the compound for detecting amyloid deposited on a biological tissue are provided. Provided are a compound represented by the following formula (1): (see formula 1) wherein R1 is a group selected from the group consisting of a halogen substituent, alkyl substituent with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkoxy substituent having alkyl chain with 1 to 4 carbon atoms and hydroxyl group, R2 is a group selected from the group consisting of a cyano substituent, alkyl substituent with 1 to 4 carbon atoms and halogen substituent, R3 is a group selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group, halogen substituent and substituent represented by the following formula: (see formula 2) (wherein R4 is a hydrogen, halogen substituent or hydroxyl group, and m is an integer of 1 to 4), provided that at least one of R1, R2, R3 and R 4 represents a radioactive halogen, and a reagent comprising the same.

Selon la présente invention, l'objectif est d'obtenir un composé efficace en tant que sonde d'imagerie diagnostique ciblant une substance amyloïde et un réactif qui sert à détecter la substance amyloïde déposée sur un tissu biologique et qui contient le composé. Pour ce faire, l'invention porte sur un composé représenté par la formule présentée ci-après et sur un réactif qui est destiné à détecter une substance amyloïde déposée sur un tissu biologique et qui contient le composé. Dans la formule (1), R1 représente un groupe choisi dans le groupe comprenant un substituant de l'halogène, un substituant de l'alkyle possédant 1 à 4 atomes de carbone, un substituant de l'alcoxy possédant 1 à 4 atomes de carbone dans sa chaîne alkyle, et un groupe hydroxyle, R2 représente un groupe choisi dans le groupe comprenant un substituant de cyano, un substituant de l'alkyle possédant 1 à 4 atomes de carbone, et un substituant de l'halogène, et R3 représente un groupe choisi dans le groupe comprenant un groupe hydroxyle, un substituant de l'halogène et, un substituant représenté par la formule présentée ci-après, à condition qu'au moins un élément parmi R1, R2, R3 et R4 soit un halogène radioactif, R4 représentant un hydrogène, un substituant de l'halogène ou un groupe hydroxyle et m représentant un nombre entier compris entre 1 et 4.
