Crystals of 4,6-dimethyl-4~-~3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1- yl~nicotinanilide having an excellent calcium release-dependent calcium channel inhibitory effect and an excellent IL-2 production inhibitory activity are obtained. It is found out that this compound occurs in two crystal polymorphisms both of which are appropriate as starting materials for producing medicinal compositions.

L'invention porte sur des cristaux de 4,6-diméthyl-4'-Ý3,5-bis(trifluorométhyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl¨nicotinanilide présentant un fort effet inhibiteur des canaux calciques dépendant de la libération du calcium, et une excellente activité inhibitrice de la production d'IL-2. Il est apparu que ce composé présente deux polymorphismes de cristaux pouvant tous deux constituer des matériaux de départ de compositions médicales
