L'invention concerne des cristaux d'hydrochlorure de n-butyle d'acide acétique[4-[2-[2-hydroxy-5-(N-hydroxycarbamimidoyl)benzènesulfonylamino]éthyl]2'-méthanesulfonylbiphényl-3-yloxy] présentant un excellent effet d'inhibition du facteur X de coagulation sanguine activé, et utilisés en tant qu'agents de prévention ou remèdes dans les maladies thrombotiques ou obstructives. L'invention concerne également des compositions médicales contenant lesdits cristaux, ainsi que leur utilisation.
