A novel dihydropyridine derivative represented by formula (I), analogues thereof, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts of these can exhibit selective inhibitory activities against type N calcium channels and are usable as remedies for various diseases related to type N calcium channels, such as cerebral infarction, encephalopathy caused by ischemia occurring in an acute phase after the onset of cerebral hemorrhage, and Alzheimer's disease.
L'invention concerne un nouveau dérivé de dihydropyridine, représenté par la formule (I), des analogues de ce dernier, et des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ce dernier. Ces produits peuvent présenter des activités inhibitrices sélectives contre les canaux du calcium de type N et peuvent être utilisés pour traiter diverses maladies liées aux canaux du calcium de type N, telles que l'infarctus cérébral, l'encéphalopathie provoquée par ischémie dans une phase aiguë après les premiers signes d'une hémorragie cérébrale, et la maladie d'Alzheimer.
