A laminate structure or precursor paste thereof characterized by being formed from a composition comprising a polymeric material and a plasticizer. The plasticizer being at least one compound represented by general formula (I), where R is a low alkyl selected from the group consisting of methyl, ethyl, butyl, pentyl and hexyl.
