An enzyme preparation consisting essentially of an enzyme having cellulolytic activity and comprising a first amino acid sequence of 14 residues having the sequence Thr Arg X3 X4 Asp Cys Cys X8 X9 X10 Cys X12 Trp X14, in which X3 and X4 independently is Trp, Tyr or Phe; X8 is Arg, Lys or His; each of X9, X10, X12 and X13 is any of the 20 naturally occurring amino acid residues; and a second amino acid sequence of 5 residues having the sequence Trp Cys Cys XX4 Cys, in which XX4 is any of the 20 naturally occurring amino acid residues with the proviso that, in the first amino acid sequence, (i) when X12 is Ser, then X14 is not Ser, and (ii) when X12 is Gly, then X14 is not Ala; performs excellently in detergent, laundering, textile and papermaking pulp applications.

L'invention concerne une préparation enzymatique comprenant essentiellement une enzyme à activité cellulolytique, dont une première séquence d'acides aminés à 14 restes de séquence Thr Arg X3 X4 Asp Cys Cys X8 X9 X10 Cys X12 Trp X14, dans laquelle X3 et X4 représentent indépendamment Trp, Tyr ou Phe; X8 représente Arg, Lys ou His; X9, X10, X12 et X13 représentent chacun n'importe lequel des 20 restes d'acides aminés d'origine naturelle. La préparation comprend une seconde séquence présentant 5 restes de séquence Trp Cys Cys XX4 Cys, dans laquelle XX4 est l'un quelconque des 20 restes d'acides aminés d'origine naturelle à condition que, dans la première séquence d'acides aminés, (i) lorsque X12 représente Ser, X14 ne représente pas Ser, et (ii) lorsque X12 représente Gly, X14 ne représente pas Ala. La préparation donne d'excellents résultats quand elle est utilisée pour des applications relatives aux détergents, aux agents de blanchissage, aux textiles et à la pâte à papier.
