The invention relates to novel ergoline derivatives of formula (1), wherein R1 in conjunction with the two adjacent N atoms represent a diamine radical and R4 in conjunction with the two adjacent carbonyl groups represent the radical of a dicarboxylic acid. R2, R3, R6, R7 and R8 may represent H or an organic radical. R7 and R8 are H or together form a bonding. Said compounds display a strong antihypertensive effect. Said effects appear after intravenous or enteral administration at doses in the range of a few µg/kg (body mass). Accordingly, said compounds can be used as medicaments against hypertension diseases in human medicine.

L'invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés d'ergoline de la formule générale (1) dans laquelle R?1¿ désigne conjointement avec les deux atomes de N adjacents le reste d'une diamine et R?4¿, conjointement avec les deux groupes carbonyle adjacents, le reste d'un acide dicarboxylique. R?2¿, R?3¿, R?6¿, R?7¿, R?8¿ peuvent désigner H ou un reste organique. R?7¿ et R?8¿ désignent H ou forment conjointement une liaison. Ces composés ont une action antihypertensive marquée, qui intervient après administration par voie intraveineuse ou entérale, à des doses de l'ordre de quelque µg/kg (masse corporelle). Ces composés s'utilisent de ce fait comme médicaments pour lutter contre des pathologies liées à l'hypertension en médecine humaine.
