The invention relates to novel fluorescent compounds derived from non-fluorinated dipyrromethene-boron, to a method for preparing same and to the use thereof for the fluorescent marking of biological molecules. The invention also relates to biological molecules marked with said fluorescent compounds, and to the use thereof in detection methods such as medical diagnosis methods. More particularly, the detection methods of the invention are particularly useful for diagnosing neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease.
La présente invention se rapporte ô de nouveaux composés fluorescents dérivés de dipyrrométhènes-bore non fluorés, leur procédé de préparation et leur utilisation pour le marquage fluorescent de molécules biologiques. L'invention se rapporte encore ô des molécules biologiques marquées avec lesdits composés fluorescents et leur utilisation dans des méthodes de détection telles que des méthodes de diagnostic médical; en particulier, les méthodes de détection selon l'invention s'avèrent particulièrement utiles pour le diagnostic de maladies neurodégénératives telles que la maladie d'Alzheimer.
