The invention relates to novel fluorescent derivatives of polyamines having a benzoxadiazole group, to a method for preparing the same and to the use thereof as diagnosis tools for emphasising the polyamine transport system in cancerous cells in order to adapt the treatment thereof, and thus for selecting patients carrying such tumours in order to adapt their treatment. The derivatives are of the formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in which: R1 is one or more NO2 groups in position 4 or 6, or a SO2Ph, SO2NMe2, SO2NH2 or SO3H group; R2 is hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, benzyl, a perfluoroalkyl group; the values of a, b, c range from 2 to 5 independently from each other and represent alkylene chains separating the amino groups, and the values of d and e can independently be 0 or 1.

La présente invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés fluorescents de polyamines possédant un groupe benzoxadiazole, leur procédé de préparation et leur utilisation à titre d'outils de diagnostic permettant de mettre en évidence le système de transport des polyamines dans les cellules cancéreuses, et donc de sélectionner les patients porteurs de telles tameur en vue d'adapter leur traitement. Ces dérivés correspondent à la formule (1) ou a un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, dans laquelle: R1 représente un ou plusieurs groupes NO2 en position 4 ou 6, ou bien un groupe SO2Ph, SO2NMe2, SO2NH2, SO3H, R2 représente un hydrogène, un alkyle en C1-6, un benzyl, un groupe perfluoroalkyle, les valeurs de a, b, c peuvent être de 2 à 5, indépendamment les unes des autres et représentent des enchaînements alkylènes séparant les groupes aminés, et les valeurs de d et e peuvent être indépendamment de 0 ou 1.
