A foaming composition including (a) over 25 wt % of a powdered active principle, and (b) 1-20 wt % of a surfactant, the balance (c) being water. The powdered active principle has a particle size of less than 20 µm. Foams obtained using said composition and a propellant gas, particularly for rectal application, and a method for preparing the composition, are also disclosed.

L'invention a pour objet une composition pour mousse, comprenant, en poids (a) plus de 25 % d'un principe actif sous forme de poudre, (b) de 1 à 20 % d'un tensio-actif; et (c) la balance étant composée d'eau; la poudre dudit principe actif possédant une dimension particulaire inférieure à 20 µm. L'invention a aussi pour objet les mousses obtenues à partir de cette composition et d'un gaz propulseur, notamment pour une application rectale. L'invention a encore pour objet le procédé de préparation de la composition.
