Disclosed is a novel polypeptide having an amino acid sequence substantially as shown in SEQ ID NO:2, or substantially similar to the amino acid sequence encoded by the DNA insert contained in ATCC Deposit No. PTA-4086. Also disclosed is an isolated polynucleotide substantially as shown in SEQ ID NO:1, or substantially similar to a nucleotide sequence contained in a plasmid having all of the identifying characteristics of ATCC Deposit No PTA-4086, encoding the polypeptide. Further disclosed is an expression system comprising the above polynucleotide.
L'invention concerne un nouveau polypeptide possédant une séquence d'acides aminés sensiblement identique à celle décrite dans SEQ ID NO:2, ou sensiblement identique à une séquence d'acides aminés codée par un fragment d'ADN enregistré à l'ATCC sous le numéro de dépôt : PTA-4086. L'invention concerne également un polynucléotide isolé codant ce polypeptide et sensiblement identique à celui décrit dans SEQ ID NO:1, ou sensiblement identique à une séquence de nucléotide contenue dans un plasmide comportant toutes les caractéristiques d'identification du numéro de dépôt de l'ATCC: PTA-4086. L'invention concerne enfin un système d'expression comprenant le polynucléotide susmentionné.
