Hitherto undiscovered 3' sequence of GBV confers infectivity in tamarins on otherwise non-infective GBV genome. HCV sequences may be substituted within an infective GBV genome to provide for <i>in vivo</i> assays for agents able to modulate HCV activity.
Une séquence 3' de GBV non découvert confère un caractère infectieux aux tamarins sur un génome GBV autrement non-infectieux. Des séquences HCV peuvent être substituées à un génome GBV infectieux afin de produire des dosages <i>in vivo</i> pour des agents capables de moduler l'activité des séquences HCV.
