The invention concerns novel glycosylated ginkgolide derivatives, their application as medicines and pharmaceutical compositions containing them. It also discloses a method for preparing said derivatives. In formula (I), W, X, Y and Z represent independently the radicals H, OH, linear or branched alkoxy or O-G¿S?, G¿S?-OH representing mono- or disaccharide, or one of their derivatives or analogs, with the proviso that at least one of W, X, Y or Z is a O-G¿S? radical.

L'invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés glycosylés des ginkgolides de formule (I), leur application en tant que médicaments et des compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant. L'invention offre également un procédé de préparation de ces dérivés. Dans la formule (I), W, X, Y, et Z représentent indépendamment les radicaux H, OH, alkoxy linéaire ou ramifié ou O-GS, GS-OH représentant un mono- ou un disaccharide, ou un de leurs dérivés ou analogues, étant entendu que l'un au moins de W, X, Y ou Z représente un radical O-GS.
