The present invention relates to new compounds which are Heterocyclic derivatives of formula (I) wherein A, B, P, X, Y, Q, W, R1 and R2 are defined in the description. Invention compounds are useful for treating central or peripheral nervous system disorders and other disorders which are affected by the neuromodulatory effect of mGluR5 positive allosteric modulators such as cognitive decline and also to treat both positive and negative symptoms in schizophrenia.

L'invention concerne de nouveaux composés qui sont des dérivés hétérocycliques représentés par la formule I dans laquelle A, B, P, X, Y, Q5W, R1 et R2 sont tels que définis dans la description. On utilise les composés de l'invention pour traiter les troubles du système nerveux central ou périphérique et d'autres troubles qui sont affectés par l'effet neuromodulatoire des modulateurs allostériques positifs mGluR5 tels qu'un déficit cognitif, et également pour traiter à la fois les symptômes positifs et négatifs de la schizophrénie.
