The present invention relates to novel hydroxy and polyhydroxy derivatives of coumarin fused with dialdehydes and aldehyde acids of the general formulae I, II, III and IV: (see fig. I) (see fig. II) (see fig. III) (see fig. IV) wherein: R1 = R2 = 4-hydroxycoumarin; R1 = R2 = 4,7-dihydroxycoumarin; R1 = R2 = 4,5,7-trihydroxycoumarin; R1 = 4-hydroxycoumarin, R2 = -CH(OH)CH3. The invention also provides processes for the preparation of hydroxy and polyhydroxy derivative of coumarin fused with dialdehydes and aldehyde acids. The novel hydroxy and polyhydroxy derivatives of coumarin according to the present invention exhibit antiviral action against HIV-1 virus.
La présente invention porte sur de nouveaux dérivés hydroxylés et polyhydroxylés de la coumarine, condensés avec des dialdéhydes et des aldéhydes-acides de formules générales I, II, III et IV (voir fig. I) (voir fig. II) (voir fig. III) (voir fig. IV), dans lesquelles : R1 = R2 = 4-hydroxycoumarine; R1 = R2 = 4,7-dihydroxycoumarine; R1 = R2 = 4,5,7-trihydroxycoumarine; R1 = 4-hydroxycoumarine, R2 = -CH(OH)CH3. L'invention porte également sur des procédés pour la préparation de nouveaux dérivés hydroxylés et polyhydroxylés de la coumarine, condensés avec des dialdéhydes et des aldéhydes-acides. Les nouveaux dérivés hydroxylés et polyhydroxylés de la coumarine, de la présente invention, exercent une action antivirale contre le virus VIH-1.
