La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'au moins un composé de formule (I), dans laquelle R et R3 représentent notamment un atome d'hydrogène; R1 représente notamment un atome d'hydrogène ou mi groupe méthyle, éthyle ou isobutyle; R4, R5, R6 et R7 représentent indépendamment l'un de l'autre un atonie d'hydrogène, un groupe alcoxyle comprenant de 1 à 7 atomes de carbone ou un atome d'halogène; R2 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe O- ou un groupe OH; B représente un groupe N-GP1ou NRc, GP1 représentant un groupe Boc ou Cbz et Rc représentant un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe méthyle ou t-butyle; pour la préparation d'un médicament destiné au traitement de pathologies associées à des infections bactériennes, en particulier pour le traitement de maladies bactériennes.
