Omega-3 lipid compounds of the general formula (1): wherein P represents a hydrogen atom, Formulas (a), (b), (c) or (d) and (e), Y is a C14-C22 alkenyl group with at least one double bond, having E and/or Z, configuration;., or any pharmaceutically acceptable complex, solvate, salt or pro-drug thereof, with the proviso that R1 and R2 are not simultaneously a hydrogen atom. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions and lipid compositions comprising such compounds, and to such compounds for use as medicaments, in particular for the treatment of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases.
La présente invention concerne des composés lipidiques d'oméga 3 de formule générale (I): dans laquelle R1 et R2, identiques ou differents, sont choisis parmi un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe hydroxy, un groupe alkyle, un atome d'halogène, un groupe alcoxy, un groupe acyloxy, un groupe acyle, un groupe alcényle, un groupe alcynyle, un groupe aryle, un groupe alkylthio, un groupe alcoxycarbonyle, un groupe carboxy, un groupe alkylsulfinyle, un groupe alkylsulfonyle, un groupe amino, et un groupe alkylamino; P représente un atome d'hydrogène (formue II) dans laquelle P2, P3, et P4 sont choisis parmi un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle, et un groupe alcényle C14-C22, les groupes alkyle et alcényle étant éventuellement substitutes par un groupe hydroxy, (formule III), (formule IV), ou (formule V); et Y est un groupe alcényle C14-C22 avec au moins une double liaison, ayant une configuration E et/ou Z; ou tout complexe, solvate, sel ou promédicament pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ceux-ci, à condition que R1 et R2 ne soient pas simultanément un atome d'hydrogène. L'invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques comportant de tels composés, et des composés destinés à être utilisés comme médicaments, notamment pour le traitement de maladies cardiovasculaires et métaboliques.
