Lupane derivatives of general formula (I) in which R is a radical of general formula (II) for which R' is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl radical, X is carbamoyl, N-méthyl carbamoyl, aminocarbonyl or N-methylaminocarbonyl, Y is substituted phenylene of general formula (III), in which R1 and R2 are H, halogen, alkyl, alkyloxy or nitro, provided that both are not H, R DEG and R DEG DEG , which are the same or different, are hydrogen atoms or alkyl radicals and n is 6 to 12, m is 0 to 2 and p is 0 to 2, with: 6 < m+n+p < 12, the alkyl radicals (1 to 4C) being straight or branched. The invention also concerns the salts of said derivatives when they exist and their preparation. The products according to the invention are especially useful in the treatment of AIDS and in infections induced by the herpes family of viruses.
Dérivés du lupane de formule générale (I) dans laquelle R est un radical de formule générale (II) pour lequel R' est un atome d'hydrogène ou de radical alcoyle, X est carbamoyle, N- méthylcarbamoyle, aminocarbonyle ou N-méthylaminocarbonyle, Y est phénylène substitué de formule générale (III), dans laquelle R1 et R2 sont H, halogène, alcoyle, alcoyloxy ou nitro, à l'exeption d'être identiques lorsqu'ils représentent H, R° et R°° identiques ou différents sont des atomes d'hydrogène ou des radicaux alcoyle et, n est 6 à 12, m est 0 à 2 et p est 0 à 2, avec: 6 < m+n+p < 12, les radicaux alcoyle (1 à 4C) étant droits ou ramifiés, ainsi que leurs sels lorsqu'ils existent et leur prepatation. Les produits selon l'invention sont particulièrement intéressants dans le domaine du SIDA et dans les affections médiés par les virus de la famille des herpès.
