A method for manufacturing compounds represented by general formula (1) and being useful in the treatment and prevention of diabetes, obesity, hyperlipemia, and so on; and intermediates useful for the method which makes it possible to manufacture the compounds by an easy inexpensive, practical and short production process excellent in industrial workability: wherein R1 is lower alkyl or benzyl; *1 represents an asymmetric carbon atom; R2 is hydrogen, halogeno or hydroxyl; and A is a substituent represented by general formula (a) or (b): wherein X is NH, O or S; R6 is hydrogen, hydroxyl, amino or acetylamino; and *2 represents an asymmetric carbon atom when R6 is not hydrogen.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de composés représentés par la formule générale (1) convenant au traitement et à la prévention du diabètes et de l'hyperlipidémie notamment. L'invention concerne également des intermédiaires convenant pour ce procédés et permettant la fabrication de ces composés selon un processus industriel facile, bon marché, commode et rapide. En l'occurrence, R?1¿ est alkyle inférieur ou benzyle; *1 représente un atome de carbone asymétrique; R?2¿ est hydrogène, halogène ou hydroxyle; A étant un substituant représenté par les formules générales (a) ou (b). Dans ces formules, X est NH, O ou S; R?6¿ est hydrogène, hydroxyle, amino ou acétylamino; et *2 représente un atome de carbone asymétrique lorsque R?6¿ n'est pas hydrogène.
