A novel method of selecting an immunosuppressant having little thrombocytopenic effect. Namely, a method of conveniently selecting a compound showing a potent immunosuppressive effect with little thrombocytopenic side effect which comprises measuring the IL-2 transcriptional regulation activity of test cells having an IL-2 reporter gene transferred thereinto in the coexistence of a test substance, on the other hand, measuring the GATA-1 transcriptional regulation activity of test cells having a GATA-1 reporter gene transferred thereinto in the coexistence of the test substance, and then comparing the transcriptional regulation activities of both test cells to each other.
L'invention concerne une nouvelle méthode de sélection d'un immunosuppresseur ayant un effet thrombocytopénique réduit. Notamment, l'invention a trait à une méthode destinée à sélectionner convenablement un composé présentant un effet immunosuppresseur efficace parallèlement à un effet secondaire thrombocytopénique réduit. Cette méthode consiste à mesurer l'activité de régulation transcriptionnelle IL-2 des cellules d'essai possédant un gène rapporteur IL-2 transféré dans les cellules en présence d'une substance d'essai, et d'autre part, à mesurer l'activité de régulation transcriptionnelle GATA-1 des cellules d'essai possédant un gène rapporteur GATA-1 transféré en présence d'une substance d'essai, et enfin à comparer les activités de régulation transcriptionnelle des deux cellules d'essai.
