The invention concerns novel organosilicon compounds comprising a multifunctional polyorganosiloxane (POS) comprising, per molecule, and bound to silicon atoms, at least a hydroxyl radical and/or at least an alkoxyl radical and at least a group containing an activated double ethylene bond consisting in a maleimide group. The invention also concerns functionalizing methods resulting in said POS, in particular consisting in reacting an organosilane bearing a maleamic acid function and at least two alkoxyl functions with a polysilazane. Said compounds comprising a multifunctional POS are capable of exhibiting interesting properties, for example, as coupling agent (white filler-elastomer) in rubber compositions based on isoprene elastomer(s) comprising a white filler as reinforcing filler.
Le domaine de la présente invention est celui de nouveaux composés organosiliciques comprenant un polyorganosiloxane (en abrégé POS) multifonctionnel comportant, par molécule, et attachés à des atomes de silicium, d'une part au moins un radical hydroxyle et/ou au moins un radical alkoxyle et d'autre part au moins un groupe contenant une double liaison éthylénique activée consistant dans un groupe maléimide. La présente invention concerne encore des procédés de fonctionnalisation permettant de conduire aux POS visés ci-dessus, consistant notamment à faire réagir un organosilane porteur d'une fonction acide maléamique et d'au moins deux fonctions alkoxyles avec un polysilazane. Les composés comprenant un POS multifonctionnel tel que visé ci-dessus, sont aptes à présenter des propriétés intéressantes, par exemple, comme agent de couplage (charge blanche-élastomère) dans les compositions de caoutchouc à base d'élastomère(s) isoprène(s) comprenant une charge blanche à titre de charge renforçante.
