This invention provides novel organotin compounds, which are derivatives of terebic acid, (H9O2O2C6-COOH), which compounds exhibit excellent activities against various tumours. This invention also provides anti-tumour compositions which contain said novel organotin compounds in combination with a suitable carrier.
